Cancel your subscription
MogTier subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so the fastest way to cancel is in your store account. If you have lost access to that account, send us a request below and we will handle it for you.
iPhone / iPad
- 1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
- 2. Tap Subscriptions.
- 3. Choose MogTier, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Android
- 1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 2. Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions.
- 3. Choose MogTier, then tap Cancel subscription.
Locked out of your account?
If you can no longer sign in to the email or store account you subscribed with, fill this in. The more details you give, the faster we can confirm the subscription is yours and cancel it.
